BWSA has published a variety of discussion documents, articles and papers dealing with the related topics of self-organization, self-organizing leadership, complexity science and adaptive organizations. In addition, BWSA works in the area of 'structured dialogue' and community-building process and has joint publications and workbooks in these areas.
